Employed accurate gear mold adjustingdevice, the mold adjusting action is smooth and fast. It can also save the machine adjusting timeafter mold changing with automatic mold adjusting function.

5、Optimized design for moving platen (patented)
Moving platen structure has been optimizedaccording to the actual stress conditions. It transfers the clamping force evenly from the toggles to the centralsurface of the moving platen, then effectively to the mold, ensuring productaccuracy. Shearing surface of the movingplaten is maximized, resulting in uniform stress dispersion and avoiding stressconcentration.
6、Widened toggle with long service life
In order to increase the service life ofhinge pin and steel jacket, we increase the number of hinges, hinge pins andsteel jackets shearing surface. Throughwidened hing ears of moving platen, the stress received by molding board isdispersed equally and avoid stress concentration.
7、Steel slice for moving platen, optimizedlubrication oil line
Steel slice standard for moving platensliding base. Lubricating oil enters thetop of copper sleeves directly to lubricate tie bars, leading to optimumlubrication effect.
8、Adoption of fully sealed and highly rigid machine frame
The machine frame design features completesealing and high rigidity. In order tofacilitate power system’s checking and maintenance, by-pass filter with 1μm filtering precision is employed.
